You are invited to take the Service Star 2008™ challenge. Demonstrate your high standards of customer experience and commitment to performance excellence. Compete with leading customer service professionals for the title of Service Star 2008™.

You are invited to register for the upcoming competition to find the customer service organization who "gets it" and delivers an amazing customer experience.

There are two ways to participate in this innovative and exciting program. Register as a team or join the audience. Either way you will benefit and learn from real life challenges of customer service organizations and hear exciting ways to solve customer care situations.

Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions - By registering to Service Start 2008™ you accept the following terms and conditions

a. Your team will play fairly and in line with contest rules and regulations
b. No outside advisors who are not employed by your company will be allowed on the team
c. Team members must be employed by your company at least for 6 months in a customer service capacity
d. All judges decisions are final and not subject to challenges
e. Members of your customer service staff will not be authorized to vote for your team (they should be able to- this was my note, I think that people from the organization should be able to vote)
f. No changes will be allowed after submitting a response
g. Every response will be submitted in writing first before being presented in the web event.
h. Throughout the event, you will not approach judges on the panel for any advise or consultation
i. No audience registration will be accepted unless their email address includes a business address (no hotmail or gmail accounts will be accepted)
j. Strativity Group Inc. and CRMXchange will be authorized to reference any registered participant during the event and / or marketing material
k. No commercial promotions will be authorized during the contest unless provided by the official sponsor of the program
l. Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions may result in disqualification of the team.
