In the last 3 years the topic of CX grew stronger. According to many research and analytics firms, companies are now competing at the level of experience. It is not just the product or service that you provide- it is how you provide it before, during and after the purchase.

 

According to a study by Frost & Sullivan, 32% of customers share their customer service experience through social media - the good and the bad. IQPC Exchange is proud to announce the return of the region’s most anticipated event on CEM – 2nd Annual Customer Experience Management Exchange on 19-21 March in Bali, Indonesia.
