Information Collection and Use
In the course of downloading white papers or other information collateral,
or while completing contact forms on our site, we will require you to provide
personal information (e.g., your name, phone number, email address, employer,
job title, general areas of interest, etc.). We will explicitly indicate the
fields designated for mandatory completion. If you do not enter the requisite
data in the mandatory fields, you will not be able complete the relevant
contact form. It's important that you understand there is no requirement by law
for you to provide CrmXchange with your personal details – the information you
share with us is entirely voluntary.
If, at any time, you provide CrmXchange with personal details about another
person, you expressly represent and warrant that you received that person's
explicit written consent to provide such details to CrmXchange.
Registration
If a user chooses to register on CrmXchange.com, crmxchange.webex.com or ecrmevents.com, they can elect to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to determine the demographics of the site, for notification of events on the site, and for special offers such as white papers, ebooks and webcast recordings from our sponsors. By signing the registration for webcast and white papers, the user agrees to accept information from sponsors. Sponsors may include but are not limited to the following: NICE, NICE CXone, Fonolo, Genesys, Verint, Calabrio, CallMiner, Jacada, TechSee, Sharpen, Talkdesk, Nuance, Ujet, AWS, Playvox, Group Elite, ShiftSmart, Cyara, RingCentral, 8x8, Language I/O.
Order
We request information from the user on our order forms for training classes. Here a user must provide contact information (ie name and address) and financial information (ie credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Log Files
CrmXchange may collect information pertaining to your activity on our Website,
including content that you create, information or advertisements that you have
read, the web pages you visited, offers and Services that were of interest to
you, the location of the computer and the Internet Protocol (IP) address
through which you had access to the Website and more. Additionally, CrmXchange
may collect or use the assistance of third parties to collect and analyze anonymous,
statistical or aggregative information related to your use of the Website (and
if applicable, the Services offered thereon), including information related to
your personal details and activities.

Sharing
We will share aggregated demographic information with our partners and sponsors. When downloading a white paper or webcast recording we may ask for relevant contact information.

If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such as name and email address.

Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level).
