thirds of online shopping carts are abandoned, meaning 7 in 10 customers
are failing to complete purchases. This is faltering one step from conversion.
However, through using the recommendation system, the
purchase(s) can be saved. The feature will be activated when a cart is
abandoned. It will send the user an email not only with a list of the deserted
items, but also recommended products picked out by AI that match the
recommendation frames.
If this fails, the system has a second trick up its sleeve:
