DVSAnalytics Launches Reseller Program
Provides Support Tools for Channel Partners to Grow Business, Increase Profitability and Offer Superior Customer Support
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., May 1, 2018 – Workforce Optimization (WFO) leader DVSAnalytics (DVS) today announced the launch of its DVS Encore™ Elite Reseller Program. The program is designed to help increase channel partners' profitability and presence in the market with a collaborative framework that makes selling DVS’ innovative workforce technology easier than before. With this program, DVS is strengthening its channel ecosystem, enabling its partners to grow their businesses and better support their customers.
Available now, the DVS Encore Elite Reseller Program establishes three reseller levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Resellers at all levels will have access to DVS’ exclusive Reseller Portal – an easy-to-use online workplace that features a variety of sales and marketing resources to help partners increase profitability and move into new markets. The platform includes a variety of materials for co-marketing, as well as marketing toolboxes, sales tools designed for existing customers and new customer acquisition, and an online education program to enhance solution selling skills. Platinum Resellers will also benefit from expanded support, customized agreements, deal registration, dedicated account management, and Market Development Funds (MDF), as needed, to grow their business.
