Away Resorts begin journey to personalization at scale with Qubit
UK travel company unlocking customer data with industry-leading personalization platform
[LONDON - 21 FEBRUARY 2018] Qubit, the leaders in marketing personalization technology, have today announced that Away Resorts, the UK holiday park operator, have partnered in order to take the online customer experience to the next level. Launched in 2008, Away Resorts will celebrate its 10 year anniversary this year, and the company want to build on the strong brand reputation they enjoy in the UK market. In order to do this, the management team have recognized that personalization is key to unlocking customer lifetime value

As the market grows, with the percentage of Britons taking a UK-based break at 72% in 2017, Away Resorts are perfectly placed to take advantage of this rise in ‘staycations’. The company therefore have ambitious growth plans and want to use Qubit Pro to increase conversions, reduce bounce rates and increase the bookings online vs. call center ratio.
Targeting experiences to segmented visitors is key to ensure that each and every customer interaction online becomes as relevant as possible.
